Granite Hot Springs
SO FUN!!! This is a great trip for families and first timers. Granite Hot Springs is located south of the town of Jackson. Your day will begin with a pick-up between 8-8:30AM at your hotel in one of our custom 15 passenger 4-wheel drive vans. The drive is a beautiful trip south of Jackson to the Hot Springs trailhead. Once you arrive our guides will give brief operating instructions on your snowmobile, then you will hit the trails. A short 10 mile snowmobile trip brings your group to the beautiful hot springs surrounded by sheer granite cliffs that tower overhead on both sides of the canyon. The spring ranges from 103-112 degrees in the winter. You can relax and swim in the pool, then head off to the powder fields to play. Be sure to pack a swimsuit, towel, and a plastic bag to store your wet belongings. There are changing facilities and restrooms, but no electrical for hairdryers. Lunch is served at the Camp Creek Inn on the way back into town. Breakfast is not included on this tour. The tours usually arrive back in Jackson between 3:30 and 4:00PM. Visit the National Forest Website for pictures of the springs and more information on the facility. www.granitehotsprings.com
